The President signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment act of 2009 in February. It includes tax credits for first timer homebuyers (up to $8,000.00), credits for sales tax on the purchase of automobiles, residential energy property credits up to ($1,500.00) for eligible home improvements) and more.
